DO I NEED TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT DUTIES?
There might be customs or import duties involved and the charges are determined by the Customs office of the country of delivery.
If the fees are applicable, please note that they are not included in the payment made and you will be billed directly by the courier in the designated country.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
Yes, size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still have the Hittcute tags attached. Each order is eligible for exchange once.
A request for exchange can be made within 7 days of the delivery date and subject to availability. Please state the exchange reason and your desired size when contacting our customer service team.
Please be mindful that the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (return & reship) plus the price difference for the size change and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by our team.
Once the exchange request is accepted by our team and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 7 days with the return tracking number provided.
**Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/ boxes are damaged/ not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.
**Products that are on Sale or Products in campaign activities, defect & quality issue items excluded.

 

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel it before the order was shipped by messaging us on our website for the cancellation request.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply log in to your account to view the latest status. You can also utilize the Order Status link in your order confirmation email to keep track of the order as it moves along our processes. Also once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you know when to expect the delivery.
You can trace your parcel by visiting the here online tracking system and please note that it might take up to 24-48 hours for the courier to update the shipment status after the order is picked up.

WHY HASN’T MY ORDER SHIPPED OUT?
Every item at Hittcute goes through a rigorous authentication process by our expert team. Tracking number are usually provided with 2-4 business days, varies on arrangement of an order.

DO YOU COLLECT SALES TAXES AND DUTIES?
We ship to most destinations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties and customers will be responsible for those charges. Please refer to our Shipping info page for more details.
Sales Tax and VAT will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address rather than a buyer’s billing address. These taxes will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable jurisdictions, even for current offers that are completed at a later time.
Applicable tax rates may vary by jurisdiction. For Sales Tax purposes, some states may include shipping fees in the calculation of Sales Tax while other states may exclude shipping fees.

 

Returns & Exchanges
HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
If you are not satisfied with the good(s) you have received, you have the option to return the goods to us under the following return policy.

– Returns request will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
– There will be a return handling fee which is 15% of the total transaction payment.
– The buyer will be responsible for all the shipping fee involved (original shipping fee and return postage are non-refundable).
– The goods being returned must be unused and in their original condition with the Outlettel tags attached.
– Refund will be issued back to original payment method only.

Our Process

At Hittcute, we ensure that every pair of sneakers we deliver match up to the highest quality standards. Each pair goes through detailed inspection upon leaving our network of authorized retailers, where we double check at our facilities for color fading, any dirt or stains, oxidization and more. No detail is spared—from the uppers, soles, insoles, laces, to the shoebox, we check every item thoroughly to ensure your orders arrive looking box fresh.

[ Shoe boxes (dents, etc.) – foreign labels are ok ]
Shoe boxes that are dented or damaged will not be shipped out to our customers. Please note that as we work with a network of trusted, authorized retailers from over 50 countries, your purchase may come with foreign labelling. Our team checks to ensure that these labels are true to each brand’s standard labelling across the world.

[ Scratches ]
outlettel checks for any scratches on the uppers to make sure your sneakers do not come scratched on leathers or suedes. We check for knicks, scuffs and any small scrapes found will be immediately returned to the retailer.

[ Oxidation ]
Some shoes turn yellow over time due to improper care or storage. We check each pair of shoes to ensure that the color is new, and no signs of oxidation are visible.

[ Stains ]
Each pair of sneakers ordered via outlettel goes through a thorough check for any variations in the uppers, to ensure that no stains are on the shoes. If we find any stains—big or small, the shoes are immediately shipped back to the retailer for an exchange, and not to you.

[ Dirt ]
We make sure that each pair of sneakers shipped out are box fresh, not worn or scuffed, so we check for any signs of dirt on the uppers and soles, including any glue marks.

[ Fading ]
outlettel’s quality control team inspects every shoe individually and as a pair to make sure there are no color differentiations or fading on the uppers (example shade differences between left and right shoes). We also check for faded marks on the tongue, backs or soles.

[ Rips ]
Sneakers found with creases or rips on the uppers will not pass our Quality Control test, and will not be shipped out to you.

[ Shoe laces (rips, etc.) ]
outlettel examines every pair of shoelaces to make sure they are brand new, without wear and tear, or yellowing on any part of the lace.
